Texas have recently released their eighth studio album, The Conversation, an album full of the joy of a long-proven pop force creating a collection of melodic songs that sit well beside the best of the band’s previous million-selling hits.

Texas are one of the great success stories in modern British music, from the band’s breakthrough 1989 top ten hit I Don’t Want A Lover to their eventual multi-platinum albums White On Blonde (1997), The Hush (1999) and their 2000 compilation of Greatest Hits.

After taking a break to pursue individual projects, Texas are back with another fantastic album. Speaking about The Conversation, the band’s lead singer, Sharleen Spiteri said: “We know we’ve made a great record. This is Texas, writing at our best.”

The Love Live Music audience will be treated to a mix of hits from the band’s back catalogue and some songs from their new album on the night.
